When we arrived early the gent on reception did not hesitate to check us in.
The room was clean and the bed comfy. It was cleaned daily.
The only improvement would be to provide tea / coffee making facility in the room.
The bathroom was clean with a good shower.
Breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold items.
Location was excellent.

An absolute gem of a hotel. An old bank turned into a luxury hotel. Grand and opulent without being stuffy. All of the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Delicious breakfast served under chandeliers to the sound of a piano player is the loveliest way to start the day. In the middle of beautiful Bergen right near the fish market. Rooms were spotless and beds squashy and comfortable. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay here. Had the loveliest time, highly recommended.
