Kids will love the spacious game and movie room, while adults can relax or grill on the patio with stunning lake views. The home is roomy, comfortable, and perfect for big families or groups. You’ll also be just minutes from top restaurants and a short drive to Austin for live music, great food, and endless fun. Please note: this is not a party house—giant, loud parties are not allowed.
The Space
Upstairs: master bedroom + 2 additional bedrooms, 2 full baths, main living area, and kitchen.
Downstairs: giant game room with pool table and dart board, plus 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bath.
Guest Access
Guests may park in the driveway (space for 3 cars) or on the street (space for 3 more). Please note the driveway is steep.
Other Things to Note
Lake Travis water levels fluctuate throughout the year, especially in this cove. Feel free to contact us for updates during before your stay. Cancellations will not be accepted due to water levels.
Pets: Dogs are welcome (no cats). Please message us before booking if you plan to bring your dog. A one-time $60 cleaning fee applies. Dogs must remain leashed when outside. If a dog is brought without prior notice, the fee will still be charged.

A way to get together
No words can truly express the amazing time we had. We are a group of friends that love to be together and play games from all over texas and this locations was a good places for us to meet. We were a total of 10, 5 male and 5 female so the house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably. Thanks to being 2 story we were able to separate into 2 groups when needed. Also we weren't far away from town that it was a easy traveling into town and different eating locations. I will say the only thing that caught us off guard was the driveway being really steep, we all have small SUV's so it was no issue but it was a surprise. Overall it was great and lots of fun. If another event ever comes again I would get this place again.

Leisa was an Amazing Host. Hands down one of the best and we rent a lot of vrbos. She was very informative and responsive long before our check in. Even sent a video of locations to park our vehicles and boat trailers. Lake Travis water level was up and we loved bringing our boat and jet skis and having them right there. Property was clean and well equipped with plenty to do when not on the water. The only thing that isn't an issue but for some information is the driveway is very steep going down and recommend a 4wd if possible especially to make it down to the second level. 2wd however will have no problem in and out the main upper driveway. Thanks again Leisa and Kathy for allowing my family to have an awesome wkend in your beautiful house.
