Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Renters BEWARE!!

Owner cancelled our reservation, literally as we were on our way to the property. Needless to say, I had to scramble find another place for my family (all 16 of us). If that wasn’t bad enough, on top of everything else, I havent even gotten my full refund back yet. It’s been a month!! I’m still owed $200 and I’m now being ghosted by the host. Beware!!!
