Very nice hotel with excellent service and satisfying amenities for a good price. Dry and steam sauna work perfect. The GYM is rather small and doesn't have almost any machines. a 10-12 minute walk from the center of town.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel location is the best you can get, the service was top notch, the rooms were new and very nicely design. We'll be back again for sure.

Excellent hotel and location, impressive decoration in lobby and rooms. I stayed in a suite (Hansen) with 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is very nice with a comfortable bed. The main bathroom is top notch. Shower is rainfall and floor in the bathroom is heated. Both shower and bathtub is run by electronic buttons with a digital temperature settings. Toilet is with integral wash and dry facility. Cosy old style hotel. Excellent location next to U-bahn 1 and 3, situated practically on the main street in Vienna within the first district walking distance from all attractions. Excellent service and extremely kind and accommodating people at the front desk. Price reasonable taking in account that there is no Gym facilities or SPA. Breakfast is decent, not luxurious like in a 5 star hotel and not "health or vegetarian" friendly however we managed and were not left hungry!.

Walkable distance to most of attractions especially a very short walk to mirabell garden, friendly staff offering professional customer services, room is clean, bar restaurant is nice too.

4성급인데 만족도는 5성급인 호텔. 깔끔하게 디자인고 좋고 호텔 위치며 전체적으로 만족도 아주 높음. 다음에 또 가게 되면 이곳도 하나의 후보일 듯.

excellent location. Bedroom and bathroom small but very comfortable/ Breakfast was exceptionally good/ I highly recomend this hotel for everyone with the exception of very tall people. The ceilings in the corridors are low

This hotel is very clean and right in the center very close for shopping. Room was good for 4 adults and bathroom good aswell.Breakfast is good and a good choice even bacon egg and cereals which you don’t find in all hotels.Staff very helpful.The only thing I would add is a kettle in the room to have tea when you feel like other wise we liked everything.Will book again if I visit Innsbruck again
