"Our original reservation was for this property and not sure if double booked but we did not stay at this place. Susan was very apologetic and offered a different a much larger property at the same rate just a few miles away. Property was very clean, comfortable and very easy and convenient to check in. More importantly, Susan is a wonderful host and property manager who is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend property and any properties that Susan manages. "

"I just couldn't hang on for my six days entire trip...a small incent under the bed sheet, dirty bed sheet, no bed lamp, very simple and poor room and smell bad, a never fixed sink even I'd requested twice...staffs are nice trying their best but I guess they were also helpless... I'd checked-out the second day and I have to rebook another decent place for another four nights...I've already filed for a refund request with Expedia and hoping they can conpensate for such unpleasant event..."

"We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, lovely to walk around the block. Some of the best sushi and other yummy food right around the corner. The host was kind and very accommodating! All in all great value and would recommend"
