"The overall stay was nice. There are a few things that make me give it a 3 star review vs a 5 star. The staff was sooo helpful and VERY responsive. Carlo carried my bags All the way up/down 162 stairs to my room! The view from our room was also gorgeous! Atrani is gorgeous and VERY convenient area to visit Amalfi = 5 stars The mattress felt like a concrete pad. There were 162 stairs one way to our room. There was no sitting room on the balcony and the free breakfast was always empty when we came = 3 stars"

Perched high above the Amalfi Coast, the property offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating a truly magical atmosphere from sunrise to sunset. Jennifer provided outstanding hospitality, consistently going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, blending luxury with the charm and character of Ravello. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast overlooking the coastline or relaxing after a day of exploring, every moment felt special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience on the Amalfi Coast."

"The room smelled very odd and was overwhelming. We tried to turn on the air conditioning to circulate air and cool the room but it didn’t work. We ended up renting a room elsewhere for the night. When we checked out someone put a portable air unit in the room but it was after we left. The carpets in the halls show wear and tear beyond normal and could use a replacement. We did come back and enjoy the breakfast."

"The staff went above and beyond. We have been home for over 2 weeks now, and we still keep talking about how friendly everyone was at the Hotel. They were wonderful, from the minute we woke and had breakfast until we said good night. We literally felt like part of their family. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds are beautiful and so well-kept. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting the Amalfi Coast. Grazie to the entire staff! "
