The amenities were in good condition. One frying pan was left on the counter because it wasn't in good condition and all the food stuck in it.

Balanced

Beautiful home. Has a classic cabin feel. Our visit was perfectly timed. No snow at the home but after just a 40 minute drive we found a great spot to play in snow. On the morning we left, there was a light snowfall and rain. The entire family had a blast. Would definitely stay again.

It's 3 rooms and the beds of fun

The place was so clean and everything was placed with you in mind. But, it says there are four beds but there are only three and three rooms. But we had so much fun abs will def be coming again

Peaceful

Absolutely loved this Chalet. Very spacious and clean. Loved the deck and views nestled in the trees. Wood burning stove/ fireplace was nice touch for chilly evenings.Close to Murphys and The Calaveras Big Trees. We stayed for three nights and wished we would have stayed longer. Definitely will return! Thank you Kim for a very enjoyable stay!

Easter in the Treetops

A quick family weekend in Calaveras County. The main floor and deck are nestled in the trees, a private tree house with the amenities of a comfortable home. Easy access to Calaveras Big Trees and various hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest. Equally easy access to wine tasting in Murphy’s. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the comfort of this A-Frame cabin nestled in the trees with the serenade of birds. A perfect family get-away.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at your cabin. One small suggestion is to put some curtains up in the downstairs area where the 3rd bed is located. At night it's something that would have helped the person who slept downstairs be more comfortable overnight. Otherwise we enjoyed the deck, seeing deer walk through the yard and a particularly vocal squirrel that kept us company while having morning coffee on the deck. :-)
