"A few things needed fixing, the downstairs loo was loose as was the seat. I do think it would be a good idea to have non slip bathmats as the ones there slipped when getting out of the bath or shower and could cause someone to slip and fall, I slipped a couple of times but luckily didn't fall."

"Julie has a warm greating to welcome you.The room was clean and comfortable bathroom clean and tidy. The staff are great with fabulous breakfasts. The restaurant evening meal were fabulous all home cooked. Good parking. Just a lovely place to stay"

"Nice clean room right by the beach. You can hear the waves at night and it is quite relaxing. Would highly recommend. "

"Very quiet residential estate. Walk to beach only for able people as the walk back is uphill. Fitted dishwasher works but door does not move easily as machine does not seem fixed properly. Fridge freezer wasnt cleaned and fridge was frosted up, freezer had left over open packet of sweetcorn and ice lollys and other debris. The upstairs hand held shower was intermittently very hot then cold, not safe as could burn. The man hole on drive was overflowing after each shower and giving a drain smell during each overflow.Otherwise the property was good, we enjoyed our stay, loved saundersfoot and would go to area again but maybe not this property which cost us over 2000."

"Check in was good the key was in a key box at the front door, location was perfect really nice setting at the back of the property. Property was nice the toilets hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit which was a little embarrassing when family arrived. Really good little shop litrally at the bottom of the garden beach is beautifulWhen the tide goes out. The pub is litrally 30Second walk from the back of the house was nice to sit and watch the sun set they stop taking orders at 8,20 also not many tables inside but perfect outside plenty of room and loads of tables with umbrellas. The town is a short walk really nice to do it when the tide is out can get coffee on the way at a lovely little coffee shop the beaches are all sand once you go round lots of shops and places to eat the fish and chip shop was a 50 minute wait lucky a lady told me before I ordered. Over all a really nice weekend. "
