## Accommodation

Villa Clémenceau is a haven of peace, with its park and indoor swimming pool, offering 10 comfortable beds in an elegant and cozy, just 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne

The house has 5 bedrooms: A master suite offering 2 or 3 beds (2 beds 100x200 + a sofa bed) and a bathroom, 3 double rooms (2 x 2 beds 100x200 joined together or separated by rooms + 1x 160x200) and a children's room with trundle bed and cot. An independent bathroom and shower room are also available.

The living room, crossing and bright, is equipped with a fireplace for off-season stays and a flat screen TV. Wifi available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good meals with the flavors of Vendée gastronomy.

The adjoining dining room offers a nice space to gather for meals

The park surrounding the house is lush greenery, planted with old trees. The space around the pool is a bubble of nature in which one immerses oneself. The terrace receives the sun all day, to enjoy the best moments outdoors.

The pool is covered with a dome that allows you to swim whatever the weather, and open it entirely to enjoy the sun of the coast of light.

## Surroundings

Located in the village of Avrillé, the house enjoys an ideal location, close to shops (on foot) 10 minutes from beaches (Jard sur Mer, Longeville sur Mer) and water activities, marsh Poitevin, 20 min Les Sables d'Olonne and less than an hour from La Rochelle. Avrillé is a unique place for these dolmens, many vestiges of the first ages of humanity. You can also visit the Castle Adventurers, or go have fun at Indian Forest Parks or O'Gliss Park nearby.
