Charming 3 BR/1BA retreat in a multi-unit building in the heart of Ayer's Cliff. This spacious apartment features a king master, queen, and twin bedroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and private porch. For a peaceful stay, we have quiet hours from 12am to 6am. Includes high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and secure parking. Walk to local shops and attractions. Perfect for families and a memorable getaway!


There is a spacious front lawn for guests to use, and a lovely enclosed sunporch for rainy days or evening visiting. We have private parking that can accomodate multiple vehicles.
