Ayios Pandeleimon Holidays

It is a very small apartment, but has everything you need for a beach vacation and puts you in a walking distance from one of the sweetest beaches in Chania / Akrotiri. It is very quiet and safe, 150 m from the beach and 100 m from the mountain trail that you could explore in the mornings before it gets hot. Lera cave trail is good in the mornings until about 9 am. Amazing view of the area from there. There are also a couple of fantastic restaurants right next to the beach - Google the reviews please. The owner is super-friendly and filled our every request. It was a very nice gesture to have a good coffee and a bottle of nice local white wine in the fridge for us. Owners daughters brought us grapes one evening which was a sweet surprise.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Domus Blanc, beautiful boutique hotel that is really well located and walking distance from most main attractions. The staff was amazing and we are especially grateful for Anna who really went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

The room was very clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful with their recommendations and the location in the old port was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This is a relatively new resort. The experience was very relaxing. Staff well trained. Very nice arrival experience. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Italian menu was relatively limited. There are a number of snagging items that need to be addressed in the room. Also staff forgot to refresh drinking water in our room on our second day. Swimming in the sea was incredible. All in all we came away very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We had a spectacular time at Akrotiri Hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast included every morning and high quality. Lena and her husband were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful and the shower itself was wonderful. Now for the view. We were told we would have a panoramic view and we couldn’t have had anything more beautiful to wake up to. The terrazzo was also well maintained and enjoyable to sit on in the mornings. We had a drying rack for clothing which was helpful. The bus is very close to the hotel and was convenient to get on and off of. Lena’s husband offered to drive us to town a few times which was extremely generous. Again, above and beyond hospitality. When they say arrive as a guest, leave as a friend, they mean it. When I have the chance to return, we will absolutely be staying at Hotel Akrotiri.
