"Lovely and central. Nice property. Only issue was the noise when people walked around, the floor boards were quite loud as people walk around."

"I regularly stay at the Leonardo, the rooms are spotlessly clean with a choice of pillows. I never hear any doors banging or neighbours. However the beds seem to be getting more and more unsupportive. And the gym could do with some music and at the very least some lights."

"My room was quite large with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the A/C was not working properly and the controller was also showing service requirements. The gym is large and the swimming pool is good size. Gluten free breakfast was made by the chef."

"Ideal location for getting the bus into Oxford. Room size, layout and furniture all good. Mattress too hard for me (not a great night's sleep) but fine for my husband. Ceiling cobwebs. Bathroom door needed cleaning. Sink cracked. Bathroom otherwise beautifully clean. Nice toiletries. Wi-fi very patchy. Staff were good and attentive."

"The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful in all areas. The food was better than I expected and we really enjoyed it. The room was large and clean however showing some signs of wear and the mattresses weren't great but overall a nice stay"
