Excellent location and good value for money accommodation. Room was well equipped with modern facilities

We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options. Only negative was the layout - you’re immediately in the washroom area when you enter the room. The shower room & the toilet room were too dark and kind of lacked privacy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early as the rooms were ready for us. With a 3 night stay we had a good time in London. Breakfast was ok but wasn't consistent every morning. Not everyday there were hash browns and it would have been nice to have unsmoked and smoked bacon. Mushrooms were nice but on the label it should have been stated garlic mushrooms in case when guests have allergies. For the rest a great hotel with great beds for a good night sleep.

Property is worn out. Housekeeping is spotty. HVAC barely functions.

Great area and friendly staff. Wish they had a workout area so that's why I rated the amenities low
