"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the area quiet with plenty of parking on the street and in the garage. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and the little back yard was great for the kids. Sunny was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property."
