"We used the house as a base to visit universal studios and six flags. Great proximity and cute town. We’d recommend a bigger, more substantial couch for the front room and a few more bowls for cooking and popcorn. But otherwise, we appreciated the space and dedicated parking in back! Highly recommend!"

"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"My family and I had a great time staying at this property! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and SOYEON was extremely responsive. There was even an issue with the dryer and they offered to replace it immediately. The only thing to note is that this is a townhouse style home so there are a lot of stairs."
