We’d recommend a bigger, more substantial couch for the front room and a few more bowls for cooking and popcorn. But otherwise, we appreciated the space and dedicated parking in back! "Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."
