Actually pictures from the website advertised is not the same when we arrived at the hotel Breakfast not at the hotel it self, have to go to other hotel to have Breakfast instead and not even good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.

This hotel is exceptional! Everything about it is outstanding, from the hotel decor, the breakfast, cleanliness and facilities. It’s also in a great position and everything is walkable. The only other thing I have to say, is that the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff.Everyone, from all the people working at reception, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff ( 10 stars to the egg chef!), could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you 😊
