The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. "We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. "Decent place to stay in for a couple of nights if you want to stay somewhere where you can see normal locals and not that many tourists. Hotel staff was said to know English but I had to open translator most of the time. Room itself was decent but you can see that this was 5 star hotel 5 years ago and has seen some wear."

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "
