There were 7 of us we had 3 rooms. We didn’t get the rooms we paid for, they ended up giving us 2 rooms for 3 people, and the other room with the lagoon view didn’t have it. Alex at reception tried to accommodate us but didn’t have the rooms. Lagoon tour was great

Seems that hotel's owner is really cheap. He can not spare some money to have working internet, decent towels and usable toiletries. Starlf is great, however. And they go into great lenghts to support all the disappointed customers. Look for other options, this hotel is not worth its fare

Hotel en general bien, puede mejorar mucho.

Es un hotel con acceso a la laguna, con servicios para hacer actividades a en la laguna con costo extra, los kayaks que incluye son limitados y en muy malas condiciones de hecho no sirven, el desayuno incluido es muy sencillo solo pan, fruta y cafe. Las camas estan bien, el baño y la terraza le hace falta mantenimiento para estar mejor.

Sehr abseits gelegen 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt Kein warmes Wasser Feuchtes Zimmer Das Frühstück ist ein schlechter Witz bzw. existiert nicht wirklich, ein paar wenige Früchte und vom öabbrigeb Toastbrot war nichts mehr übrig als wir gegen 9 Uhr ankamen Zimmer waren aber sauber

Toallas sucias y rotas, no limpiaron la habitación en 1 ocasión, el costo se me hizo caro paro lo que ofreció. El internet muy lento y la tv tardaba mucho en cargar ya que los canales eran en línea. Me pareció que no le dan importancia al cliente. No lo recomiendo

Nos robaron.

Mala experiencia. Pagamos por una habitación y nos dieron una diferente. Paredes con larvas. Regadera con un hilo de agua y sin agua caliente. El desayuno que ofrecen es café, jugo no natural, pan tostado y fruta. Toallas húmedas y rotas. ADEMÁS, esculcaron nuestras pertenencias y ROBARON tenis Nike panda de una menor (otra huésped nos comentó el robo de maquillaje a su hija en el mismo lugar). Solicitamos al gerente nos aclarara el punto y llevo días sin recibir respuesta. No lo recomiendo. Alberca muy sucia.

Tengo un dilema, el servicio y atencion esta mas que perfecto, pero las habitaciones y áreas necesitan que se invierta más en mantenimiento. Las sabanas estaban rotas, la regadera llegamos y estaba encharcada oliendo todo el cuarto a humedad/agua estancada. El agua se va seguido, el agua caliente a veces falla. La alberca y la vista a la laguna, están engañosas las fotos vs realidad.

„Leider!!!“ vernachlässigt und nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Für 110 EUR/Tag mit Frühstück inkl. überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt! Bis dato die teuerste Unterkunft in Mexiko, aber nicht überzeugend in Sauberkeit , Pflege und Frühstück. Fotos entsprechen bei weitem nicht der Realität. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Einziger positiver Aspekt war die spontane Bootstour - danke dir Gus!
