"Wonderful stay in upgraded room. Our suite was clean, spacious and excellent value. Location very central to all amenities. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Building a little dated in parts but that did not detract from a wonderful stay. Would stay again."

"upon arrival we was told we would have to pay to use the pool facilities. we ordered room service and was told we would have to wait 45 mins for it to arrive having us go down to reception as the phone in room was not working. The fire alarm went off at 23:50 waking us up which left is with a poor ..."
