"Staff, location, and the apartment were all 10/10! Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter neighbourhood that still has all the amenities nearby. The apartment is really spacious, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. We stayed for three nights and walked everywhere. It was freezing outside, but the apartment was warm and cosy, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent and the area is lovely, perfect for exploring the city. My only suggestion would be to add felt pads under the chair legs, as moving the chairs can be a bit noisy. We will definitely be back! "

"9 day stay. The property hit my must-haves! Central location, clean, affordable, and safe. 5/5 in all these areas! There is nothing they can do about dirty streets but the filth did not cross the threshold. T2 tram from the airport is 2 blocks away. The central market is 2 blocks in the other direction. Key card swipe after dark. 24 hour desk service. Breakfast on the 5th floor with views. Very courteous staff. The only complaint is breakfast tables are cleared very quickly while I went for a americano refill. Will definitely return here. "
