"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

"This was our first time staying at this hotel as a family of three. Our room was quite big and had a balcony. Unfortunately, we found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. The hotel has a nice garden and a play corner for little kids, which our one-year-old daughter really liked. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, we really liked the origami decorations."

"I booked a 38sqm double apartment and when I arrived I had been given a 18sqm box room. Half the size and with less facilities. The apartment is also in a separate side of the hotel next to only one other apartment. It’s far superior. The apartment was obviously more expensive than the single room at the time of booking so it’s substantially different to what I received.
