You will find 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional 1x2m bed in a sleeping mezzanine accessible by ladder. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a private well-equipped kitchen. Amenities feature private WiFi, TV with streaming apps, comfortable seating with couch and reading chair, dining table, and custom-built wardrobes matching junior suite hotel standards.



Step onto your private balcony with dining table, ideal for morning breakfast with direct sunlight. The shared hillside garden provides space for relaxation, while the shared heated indoor pool and shared sauna are available for your enjoyment. The sauna is available for an extra fee. A shared uncovered terrace complements the outdoor amenities.

The walk to town takes approximately 20 minutes. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the mezzanine sleeping area is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions or young children due to the steep ladder. Gemütliche Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Pros: Tolle gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist vor allem der Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick in die Berge.
