"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "
