Garten-Appartement

Der Begriff Garten-Appartement ist etwas irritierend – ich denke, zutreffender wäre: Schönes und Souterrain-Appartement mit kleiner Terrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe am Kurpark. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und sauber – alles drin was man so braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert – wir haben uns in wenigen Tagen gut entspannen können. Ich würde es auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

A Short Break in Bad Kreuznach

The property is well located and modern. However as the former guests had vacated the apartment several days earlier the building’s heating system was turned off, and only turned back on once we checked in. As the apartment is on the ground floor and a large portion is below ground in this lovely old building the apartment never really warmed up. Combined with warm Autumn days and cold nights the heating shut down during the day and never reached a comfortable temperature in the evenings. A service technician attended the property and adjusted the system. By the time we left the place was warmer. Unfortunately the bathroom heated towel rack was broken awaiting parts so this didn’t help. Stayz which is part of FeWo showed that the property has a washing machine and clothes dryer. What it didn’t show was that they are locked away in the cellar, require you to contact the owner and arrange a time for someone to come unlock the cellar, give you access and then want to charge you €10! There seems to be a problem with the omissions on the English site as to what is written on the German site! A few other points to note were in relation the coffee machine( The type of machine uses a very specific pod only available in only one supermarket several kilometres away) In order to avail yourself of the Car parking concession offered by the local council for visitors to the region you need to go into town and purchase a weekly concession ticket. This works well however was not easy to understand. All in all better explanations on or before arrival, and if visiting in colder times of the year make sure that the heating system has been turned on prior to your arrival.Hopefully the above helps future guests as well as the owner.

Die Ferienwohnung ist noch schöner als erhofft, sehr elegant und passend zum Objekt wertig eingerichtet. Da im Erdgeschoß liegend und so angenehm kühl, konnte man nachts sich von den unerträglichen Außentemperaturen gut erholen. Hervorragend ist die Anbindung an Wander- und Radwegen und das gastronomische Angebot in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz haben wir in einer Nebenstrasse gefunden. Die Gastgeberin, Frau Bott, war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Alles in allem war dieser Urlaub ein Volltreffer. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Frau Bott.

Außergewöhnliches Appartment Das Appartment befindet sich in einer stilvoll renovierten Villa in bester Lage, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Garten-Terrasse. Sehr angenehm haben wir den herzlichen Empfang der Vermieterin empfunden, die uns beste Tips für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Bad Kreuznach gegeben hat. Eine öffentliche Parkgarage steht in ca 200m Entfernung zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wunderbares Appartment, perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Appartment in diesem wunderschönen, kürzlich renovierten Jugendstil-Haus, nur einige Schritte vom Naheufer und Kurpark entfernt im ruhigen Villenviertel gelegen, war nicht nur tiptop sauber, sondern auch gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den herzlichen und freundlichen Vermietern war vom ersten Kontakt an bis zur Abreise und darüber hinaus sehr angenehm, und bei Fragen standen Sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders positiv ist das spürbare Interesse der Vermieter aufgefallen, dass sich die Gäste wirklich wohl fühlen. Übrigens, Danke für die Weingut-Empfehlung. Jetzt muss ich bald nochmal kommen und nachkaufen ;-)

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die wichtigsten Punkte (Innenstadt, Kurpark, viele Restaurants) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Rückseite des gezeigten Hauses und liegt im Erd- bzw. Untergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Schließlich noch ein dicker Dank für die hervorragende Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin.

Erholsames Wochenende trotz corona

Freundliche und liebevolle Begrüßung bei An und Abreise. Appartement war sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Entsprach den genauen Erwartungen wie im Internet beschrieben. Preisleistungsverhältnis war für eine Kurstadt ganz prima. Kann man nicht meckern Bad Kreuznach ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, man konnte viel unternehmen und mal wieder ein bisschen Normalität genießen trotz corona.! Ich würde aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.!

Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Wohnung top! Kurpark, Therme und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus sehr günstig. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war ein Wohlfühlaufenthalt!! Wir werden wiederkommen.

Stilvolles Apartment in perfekter Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die gehobene Ausstattung vermittelt einem das angenehme Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Sehr großes Badezimmer, gute Betten und ansprechendes Wohnzimmer. Ich habe selten eine Ferienwohnung gesehen, die so vollständig mit Küchenutensilien ausgestatt war. Die Lage im Kurviertel ist perfekt - sehr ruhig und doch fussläufig zu allen wesentlichen Einrichtungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief einfach und reibungslos. Auf Wünsche wurde gerne eingegangen. Ich kann die Wohnung gerne empfehlen und würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Eine ganz andere Liga!

Eine sehr großzügige helle FeWo für Leute mit Geschmack. Ein solches Ambiente erwartet man eher in der Suite eines Top-Hotels, gleichzeitig ist es extrem gemütlich wie ein Zuhause. Unterkunft: sehr sauber (das war mir sehr wichtig); alles neu (ich glaube, die Unterkunft ist relativ neu „auf dem Markt“); sehr praktisch geschnitten (für ein Paar ist es ideal). Besondere Highlights: der direkte Zugang ins Grüne und ein rieeeeesiges Badezimmer:-) Ausstattung: man hat da wirklich alles, was man braucht. Man sollte aber schon sein Badezeug (Shampoo, etc) mitbringen, da es nur einen „Starterkit“ für die ersten Tage gibt (damit hab ich gerechnet, da es ja kein Hotel ist). Schade nur, dass es keinen extra Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gibt; aber so nimmt man wenigstens mal wieder ein Buch zur Hand. Stauraum: super toll gelöst mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, damit die Koffer nicht -wie in den meisten Hotels- im Weg stehen. Schlafen: seeeehr bequemes Bett und das Anwesen strahlt eine ganz besondere Ruhe aus (kein Wunder bei den meterdicken Wänden)!!! Umgebung: großartige Lage - 1 min (oder sogar 40 sek) vom Park entfernt. Und nur wenige Minuten zur Promenade am Fluss - es ist so schön romantisch dort. Man muss nur beachten, dass die FeWo keinen direkten Parkplatz vor der Tür hat. Aber ich konnte problemlos vor der Tür ausladen und dann erstaunlich günstig in einem Parkhaus parken - das ist max.5 min Fußweg von der FeWo entfernt (das ist mit auch lieber als das Auto auf der Straße „im Wetter“ abzustellen).
