"The property is a bit shabby. No parking on site. I had to call the number on the reservation to get into the hotel. No one was at reception when we arrived, only an envelope with my name on it taped on it. There was no WELCOME GIFT as was stated in the confirmation. We were awakened all night long with heavy trucks going by. At 7 am a construction company blasted noise waking us up. We finally me the staff at check out. Not impressed!! First bad experience using Orbitz. "
