"My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis. The service was excellnt from check in to check out. The property is stunningly beautiful and we would not hesitate to recommend. I would like to especially recognize Mahmoud Abdel Aziz & Omar who both went out of their way to help us to get my husband's phone back after leaving it in an uber by mistake. Peter at the BBQ night. Aya at check out was so lovely and Amr who helped us with our bags. We can't wait until we return to our 'second home' per the security personnel. "Dirty hotel, staff are not friendly and service levels are very poor. Example: it took a bell man 30 minutes to bring my luggage down to the lobby while the taxi to the airport waited in Panik to bring us to the airport in a rush. "
