"Great hotel near the center. Walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the roof top bar was amazing. Good service. Rooms were a little small but not sure if that was because of my budget or whether the hotel rooms were just smaller due to the type/age of the building. All in all I would recommend and most of your time is spent outdoors anyway. "

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."

"Clean, beautiful room, perfect location to walk from the train station, even with big luggage. The only issue we had was breakfast was not refreshed at all though. We had breakfast on day one at 7am and it was fantastic, had it on day 2 at 9am and there was very little left. What was left looked "overhandled"."

"Very impressed with the whole experience of staying at The Kraft Hotel! All staff kind, helpful and polite. Lovely room attractively furnished and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. Ideally situated approx 10mins walk to the city and its many attractions with bus stop also nearby. Various restaurants on the doorstop at good prices. Rooftop pool and patio area afford breathtaking views across the city Small gym and sauna also available. We were bed and breakfast basis and were delighted at the choices available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel! "
