"22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here "

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. "Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. "What an absolutely idyllic place to spend a week! We were 5 families; 10 adults and 11 kids between the ages of 2-10. We had TONS of space; we congregated for dinner at the main kitchen, but the multiple villas and kitchens allowed for extra food storage and calmer breakfasts/lunches. The pool was lovely - unheated, but kids didn't care! The views were spectacular. It was so quiet and peaceful. Federico (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. He spent a couple of nights on the property, but he was respectful of our space and only came around if we called him to come help with anything. And the nearby town of Todi was utterly charming and convenient."

"An absolutely amazing location, wonderful hosts and incredible food. Stunning views from the room, clean bathroom. Fantastic wine tour and tasting, very clear instructions regarding parking. The only thing we’d change is a fan or some air con though we fully appreciate that might not be possible due to the historic nature of the building. It was a little too warm for us at night and we were reluctant to leave the windows open as there was a gap in a mosquito screen. This may not be an issue for others who are more used to the heat! Thank you for a most wonderful stay. Provided the perfect base to visit the Tuff towns. We will recommend to friends and family. "
