The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. The love and care which has gone into turning a derelict old barn into a stunningly beautiful place to stay is just incredible. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners was 5 star. You can even book an evening meal ahead of time which is really useful. Breakfast was a feast. "Beautiful hotel, very clean very convenient with parking, one block from the bay, walking distance to the beach and great recommendation for dinner on the plaza. Highly highly recommended."
"Lovely location literally 100m from beach, but very disappointed on check in since the room we booked was advertised by a photo of a spacious corner room with three windows. The room we were given was cramped with one window. The safe locked our laptops permanently, requiring a locksmith the retrive the contents. Most staff were helpful and friendly, but not the manager. Breakfast was excellent. "

"What an amazing experience!!! The property was beautiful. Imagine sitting on a lawn chair with donkeys grazing next to you. The owners were lovely. It’s a little off the beaten path and they even offered to drive us into town if we wanted to have dinner, but we suggest stopping at a market and picking up stuff to eat there as they have a kitchen and it’s so beautiful. He will want to enjoy the property."
