The parking was an issue for us. There was only limited spaces in the designated parking lot which would fill up super fast. Even at 8pm the parking lot would be full. In my stay for 4 days I was inly able to park on the first day and that too because I came around 4pm. There is a 24/7 grocery store nearby that we parked at.

The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk around easily and safely. Catching a bus for our tour was also super easy. There is a great food hall down the street for a quick yummy meal. I do wish the curtains/blinds were better blackout since it is light here so much of the day. Also a safe would have been nice to have. Biggest complaint was about communication. I had emailed before our stay about early check in which was able to happen and I received emails very quickly. Once we checked in and asked a few more questions, it was radio silence! I’m still waiting for a response to 2 emails and a WhatsApp chat. You need to be more responsive if there is gin g to be no reception desk. I was not asking difficult questions…just about pillows and storing luggage.

"Everything was excellent, especially staff. The only thing I wondered about what the bedsheets— they looked clean, but one pillow smelled of perfume and the sheet was somewhat wrinkled… was a bit sus but it was 2:30 am sheen I arrived and I stayed just 1 night. Otherwise staff were super helpful ..."
