The peace in the hotel was complete. Concerning the restaurants options i think the offers are a bit low. They need to improve the options. Overall excellent hotel!

Excellent family holiday, great room, great food, great service, lovely resort

We liked the hotel very much. There were lots of watersportactivitis free of charge. The food was amazing. The hotelstaff very helpfull an friendly. The hotel was very thoughtfull of the environment, so you couldent get any plastic bottles. The covid tests was professionaly done. After our stay in this 4 star hotel we stayed in a higher categorised hotel. In our opinion this hotel should be a 5 star hotel.

They went all out to make our stay as agreeable as possible. Kudos to Samuel and his team. Excellent food and the early check-in was especially appreciated. A property and service worthy of the name.

The staff were a bit let down by the hotel. Our room was very close to a busy road and the hotel was not easily accessible with a baby stroller. The staff really were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radison. The staff is wonderful, the food was good and the kids really enjoyed the water sports. We travelled around Mauritius before we came and have to say that the beach is not as nice as other places because of the river. The water is not clear light blue, more dark and unclear, which didn’t bother us as we stayed in other places already but if this is your only place make sure you leave the resort and see the magnificent beaches Mauritius has. Faultless. Came for a rest and recovery break, ten days of taking it easy, and access to great water activities and spa services. Food included in the booking is excellent. Did not get bored with the choices, which also include daily special dishes. Great service from guest relations, without feeling any pressure. Many thanks again to the great team. Highly recommended. It is one of the few places where I felt that the actual experience was beyond my expectations from the website.

Very friendly staff. Lovely sea view from the beach side rooms. Made a big effort for Halloween with entertainment and food/cocktails which was nice. Chef was happy to make me vegan options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Nice snorkeling spot and other guests saw the turtles but we unfortunately missed them. Next time!

The hotel Sofitel is in a beautiful beach site but as soon as you leave the hotel premises the Mauritian people seem to throw anything they do not need anymore away into the countryside. Shocking - we hardly will visit this island again, a pity for all the very friendly people and the beautiful countryside.
