"Room was clean and bright but was seriously deficient: No elevator, no clothes hanging rod, no ice, no deadbolt, no security chain, just to start. Based on the parking lot, I'd say no guests either but I think they were walkins. A guess is that the place makes all its money from city funds for housing homeless. Oh, no lobby. All the transactions were done through inch thick heavily tinted plexiglass. I couldn't see who I was talking to. At first I wasn't even sure there was anyone there. "

Doesn’t help for anyone who has a late night out or prefers to sleep in on vacation. Gym is very small but appreciate the water refill station in there, super cold water (: "

"We had a wonderful stay at Jose's property. First, the property looked like the pictures and the backyard is amazing. We just completed our trip and were glad to pay for the heated pool...my kids loved being able to swim when we returned from our days cavorting around California. They kept everything well stocked and I appreciated that there was a vacuum onsite as we like to keep things tidy daily. Jose was incredibly responsive and checked in to ensure we knew he was available. Thanks so much!"

"This house was perfect for our week in California. Alicia and Ed were great hosts checking with us daily for any needs. The home was clean, kitchen stocked well. Plenty of shopping nearby for groceries. House is as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood great for walking My only minor complaint would be the mattress for the queen beds. "
