"The staff were attentive and amazing all holiday, nothing was ever to much trouble. The property was very clean and tidy views of walking street and beach street without the noise, breakfast selection was ok. however the meals were delicious egged cooked exactly how you liked them. We stayed in off season so this was expected. ATM direct at front door (were security guard sits 24hrs a day), 7/11 convenience store two doors up, market stalls on level 1 under the hotel, on the bath bus route. Perfect location. The pools we fantastic deep and refreshing. I would have loved the pool to be open longer hours at night but 8pm is a respectable time though. The outdoor bar wasn’t used much as off peak season but the staff were very attentive This property was perfect for accessing Walking street as it’s just around the corner less than 5 mins walk. If you like a great bar I recommend the Bamboo bar this bar caters for mature clientele and the ladies are age appropriate great live band every night. Between the property and walking street there are several food places but I can highly recommend you trying Premium Burgers and if you looking for a tattoo shop INK INC do amazing detailed work. All in all a perfect property that is central, clean, well maintained that won’t break the budget."

"This hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in the king suite with ocean view and it was very clean and the view was amazing. The food was awesome. I recommend the breakfast Buffett. Lots of variety at the Buffett. The steak house was top notch, service impeccable, food was amazing. Had the 5 course meal and it was prepared very well. Worth the stay and the views were really great. The only complaint was there is a private beach however it was kinda dirty and not as nice as the rest of the hotel. Was more fun and beautiful at the pools. The spa was very clean and the services were awesome. Got the Thai foot and leg massage and the Aloe Vera scrub."
