"On arriving, we were waiting to check into the hotel for a good 5 minutes. Not one member of staff were around (even on the bar) to help us out. Eventually, the receptionist came back to the desk (after showing somebody around) and apologised for keeping us waiting. The room was quite as requested, ..."
