I was staying at the hotel as well as using the facilities for work purposes. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Super room, loved the fruit bowl and cookies there to greet me on arrival. In fact, it was all the little extra touches like that which marked the experience as excellent rather than good. The constantly replenished water and cordial at our work space tables. Coffee/tea always on time, jars of mints always to hand. Staying at the...

Loved the decor of hotel. Hotel itself was busy but the staff were obviously used to working under pressure and were very attentive to guests needs. We were attending a big gymnastics event in UL and the hotel were fantastic in accommodating those of us that needed to leave early by starting full breakfast service half an hour earlier than normal. All in all, a fantastic stay, and only wished could have stayed longer. Served by Kevin Murray in coffee bar & again in restaurant and he was...
