"The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay was ok, but the owner was barbaric "

"Very plain but spotless room. Tea and coffee available 24 hours in well appointed kitchen. 500 metres from town centre. The manager was very helpful. "

"Cathy was a lovely attentive host. The bed was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast was superb Cathy asked us what we wanted and made exactly that and she is a fabulous cook. Would recommend this lovely B&B!"

"Overall it was a good stay, beautiful property with a charming farmhouse and lots of character. Could do with a better clean - lots of cobwebs. Could have been remedied with a quick clean when you know guests are checking in. "
