"Casino was a little smoky for my taste. It could’ve been vented better, and the cigarette ashtrays could have been a little more tidy on the machines, but overall the entire property was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and despite being a little aged, the games were very fun. Room was very clean and nice. The view from the river was very nice. The bed was a little stiff, but overall very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would personally stay here again."

"The rooms were nice, the walls are thin we could hear music from the other rooms. We only had one towel for a room of two. I told house keeping and she told me she could not help me although I explained to her we only had one towel in the room. Thankfully the lady at the front desk took care of it for us. The hotel parking is good, the boardwalk near the hotel is dead. There are just a few stores and shops opened there. We had no luck with the slots in the casino."

"The stay was pleasant. This is my 2nd stay. The only issue I had was when the housekeeping person came at 10:15 am knocking on the door … I informed her NO we were getting ready to leave … then she came back at 10:30 am knocked… AND THEN OPENED MY DOOR … I asked her… what time is check out .. she said 11:00am ……………… 🤔. I almost said something to management … but decided not to. I get you trying to leave earlier because of holiday weekend but I paid my money… so I’m going to check out at 11 am. This happened at the bossier city location 09/06/26"
