"For the price, the lodge is a good place to stay at Harvey's Point. The rooms are compact but clean and have a shower, tea making facilities and enough space for clothing. We had a nice lake view and the lodge is surrounded by parkland and trees. The only drawback was walking in the open to the main hotel if the weather was poor., but umbrellas are provided. "This was a fun place to stay! Elspeth greeted us warmly when we arrived, check-in was easy, and communication was excellent. The property is gorgeous, with amazing views. The Snuggly Sheep hut was comfortable, with fun sheep-themed decor, and very well equipped for self-catering. The fact that it's on a working farm really adds to the experience - there are sheep and cows, as well as llamas, and a donkey, a pony, and a miniature horse to interact with. The hosts have several activities guests can participate in with the llamas, cows, and ponies, as well as a farm tour. You can walk through the pastures down to the Erne Estuary for birdwatching or just enjoying the countryside. There is also a wood-fired sauna with a sunset view (which we didn't use as it was already quite warm). I really hope to return here again someday! I just loved it."
