"Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. "The spa was fantastic as was the gym. Breakfast came with lots of choice in a wonderful setting. I enjoyed going to nearby Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner. The staff was what made this place particularly fantastic. I highly recommend this place !"

"Worst stay of my life. Your food depends on if hotel have guests or no. If not enough you’ll get whatever without any heads up. Don’t book this place not unless if you want to get disappointment. Nothing close by this place you get stuck in there. "

"We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. "
