"This stay was amazing. The staff are so lovely and were really accommodating, for example we got stuck at Pai Canyon when it was starting to get dark and they were more than happy to come and collect us, which we are still so grateful for. They have a shuttle bus to get into Pai which was an added benefit we didn’t realise until we got there. The room we stayed in was lovely and spacious and the views at the hotel are great, also enjoyed giving some attention to the cats around the hotel. The pool was also lovely, cold, but needed for the heat! Their cafe and restaurant are also great and provide a lovely service. Thank you so much for having us 10/10 would recommend."

"We’re got a lot of black ants in our bathroom, washed them down with hot water but come back from outside. The bathroom has very bad smell from the drain have to put down wet town on top all the drain."
