"The room was spacious for our family of four and the bathroom was relatively modern. The whole place is pet friendly with no designated pet-free rooms, we would not have booked if we knew this as my daughter has pet allergies. The walls are thin so we could hear what the people next door were saying. The place looks very dated, the pool was cold. My kids love to swim but after one short dip, that was it for the rest of the trip. The sauna and steam room are located in a separate building. It was very hot in the room even though we had the setting to cool to 20 degrees c it never went below 22 but felt like 24. Even my husband who runs cold felt hot and found it difficult to sleep. It was early May when we visited so I can only imagine the heat in the summer. There was dust on the TV, the blinds and on the beds. On the last day, we unplugged our charger and discovered an empty beer can under the edge of the bed - we do not drink beer so it had been there at least 4 days. I would not stay here again. "

"The room was very nice. Staff were helpful and available. There is apparently no A/C which was a bit of a shock because my family runs hot. We were able to keep the deck sliding door open for some cool breeze."
