Very convenient sleeping facility in BKK, clean and safe, the only issue is the nearest toilet is still not reopened, hope Boxtel can push the airport to get that back open asap.

The boxtel is great for solo travellers seek few hours of rest before or after flight. Highly recommend. Single bed is very comfortable. The downside is the washroom facility is on another floor, and no shower facilities nearby. Otherwise it is a great place to nap with great sound proof.

Fine. Comfortable for what it is.
More space in the room than I was expecting. Comfortable. Clean. Would use again. Just a shame it’s bookable 4-hour blocks. 6-hours would be better. Can feel the rumbling of the trains below, but from midnight to 4am it was pretty quiet. Didn’t need the toilet as I went in advance ( I can understand why people feel it’s a long walk). The nearest toilets were clean and well maintained.

Perfect to catch some good sleep between flights
Checked in late for a 4-hour reservation due to flight delay and long immigration line. The reception was kind and understanding. I wound up only having about a 3 hour stay but was able to sleep for most of that. Room was dark and quiet, bed comfortable and cool. Able to charge devices. As other reviewers mention, it’s just a little tricky to find and the bathroom is a bit far, but if I could find it and manage at 1am after 20+ hours of flying and layover, you can too.

Boxtel is a great option if you need a clean, comfortable bed at the airport for a few hours of sleep between flights. The small room is completely dark, and external noise was minimal during my stay. With earplugs, I enjoyed an uninterrupted 7-hour sleep. It's important to note that Boxtel isn't a traditional hotel; it doesn't have its own shower or toilet. Instead, it relies on the airport's public facilities. As long as you adjust your expectations and use the nearby airport toilet before checking in, you'll find Boxtel to be a nifty option for some rest.

I couldn't go to hotel which i paid the room for 4 hours I arriven in airport around 11pm when i try to got to hotel Boxtell. Thailand immigration not allowed as i need a Visa I was really in trouble when i contact hotel to cancel me reservation their response was not good I never recomend this place to anyone As they said no need of visa to this hotel Please kindly get my money back as they didnt allow me to go Looking forward to from you soon

I had a late night flight arrival and and early AM departure so I didn't want to leave the airport. At 1first I was Leary about staying at the airport but this won't be a very good experience. Very easy to find next to the trains and check in process was very easy and the room was very clean and and very comfortable. The only negative and it's not against the Boxtel Was having to use the airport bathroom downstairs that was filthy dirty had no toilet paper no soap or no paper towels. Besides that an excellent hotel experience.

No good when the lights are out
If you come to the airport after the train into town has stopped running the corridor leading to reseption is dark and there is no be way of knowing the reseption is about snoth 75 yards on. There is no lite sign showing you the place is there. Once the train is running again and the lights are on then it is easy to see. You can only stay for 4 hours.

Excellent stay. My room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to be able to get a few hours of extra sleep before my next flight. Would definitely stay here again!

This accommodation is not easy to access and the information to do so is not clearly communicated to the customer. It required me to pass through immigration and travel towards the rail link and then make my way back - none of which was convenient for an international transit. The airport itself is confusing to navigate and the information I got some info desks quite vague in terms of how I actually get to Boxtel. I ended up not even bothering as the hassle for a 4 hour booking did not seem worthwhile in the end.

The toilets, although airport controlled, were disgusting. Boxtel should bear some responsibility if they are the only restroom in the isolated area. It was raining outside and caused a drip-drip sound on the roof of the box? Noise! I could hear everything. Maybe I was too close to the office, but talking, talking, talking. I was booked for 8 hours, I stayed 3hrs and went to the airport to relax!

Boxtel itself was great, once I finally found it! It’s in the basement level of the airport in a quiet, secluded area. The only thing that isn’t great is that there’s no bathroom facility associated with the room (which was known ahead of time) and the airport facility down the hall was pretty abysmal.
