Very Outdated Budget Hotel
While this hotel is affordable, it’s severely outdated and unkept. The hallways are very dark, the carpets are extremely dirty and stained, the room smelled musty or moldy at all times, there was moldy spots all over the shower, our sheets had holes in them and ants were all over the room. The location is convenient to the train which was a plus, but overall we would rather walk further to stay somewhere nicer and cleaner. The room was also very loud as it is right by a busy street which made it hard to sleep. The staff, however, was lovely and very helpful whenever we needed it. Overall it’s definitely a budget hotel and it may be bearable for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than one unless you’re on a tight budget.

It is a budget hotel so no high expectations for it. The area is very convenient as it is close to Airport Rail Link and MRT stations. A convenient store nearby. Parking lots available. Overall it is a good choice of stay if you’re looking for a budget hotel in a great location.

This is definitely a save money type of hotel. Semi room temperature ac. Hallways barely lit. Check in was straight forward. Hotel employees are nice and to the point. I didn’t like the location due to road noise and the ac just not cooling the room down. Also the shower water temp isn’t ideal either. But this place is cheap and close to makkassan station.

Unpleasant experience
Location is convenient because it was near Makkasan express train station, however, it is one of the most run-down hotels ever experienced in Bangkok. Definitely not worth the money.

The location of the hotel near to Makkasan Station is ideal for late arrival from airport (BKK). Also, the hotel is just walking distance to Phetchaburi MRT station and Asok river boat pier. Thus it is most convenient for both business and leisure traveller.

Good location
Location is best if you are roaming around the city. Hotel is a bit worn but clean and staff is good. Will stay again.

Great for a budget hotel.
For a budget this hotel is clean. Basic rooms but clean with comfy bed. Local area is under development but great transport links (BTS and MRT) and close to Sukhumvit Road.

Great location for air rail link but otherwise rather bland and could do with refreshing paint job. No mention of local water taxi- which was a much simpler way of getting to Khaonsan road than BTS

No frills but good for budget
Room very basic and a bit outdated, not super clean but liveable. Good shower pressure and temperature, comfortable bed too, but a few bulbs didn’t work, and we had a kettle but no cups! Convenient for airport rail link and MRT, 7-Eleven next door for basic groceries. Reasonable for the very cheap price we paid.

The breakfast choice was relatively small. The vegetarian fried rice was great, but there was no fresh milk for tea and coffee (only some white powder with dubious nutritional quality). The A/C worked reasonably well, but I don't think it would have coped on a 40 degree (Celsius) day - and it was noisy. My biggest complaint is that I had to use nail clippers to open the bathroom door from the outside! I'm sure it's been mentioned a thousand times that there's a 7 Eleven within spitting distance, and the Makkasan station (airport line) is within walking distance

Basic but fine
Selected this hotel for one night only and for location only, proximity to MRT and ARL stations which it was excellent for. Service at hotel reception was good, very friendly and were able to let us into the room a little earlier. Room was basic but fine as we were only there one night. Kettle and water provided but no mugs so not sure why you’d want to boil water? Bathroom acceptable, shower wasn’t great but did get warm fairly quick. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no soap at the sink (but did find this a couple of times in Thailand so maybe that’s normal?£ Air con worked fine, free WiFi with no issues. Cleanliness overall was fine except for the condom wrapper we found by the bed in the morning when we packed to leave (no, not ours!). Carpet in the hallways was a bit old and stained. Didn’t have breakfast in the attached coffee shop/restaurant (Rose Lamoon) but did have a coffee in the morning before leaving and it was very nice in there. There doesn’t seem to be much in the Makkasan/Petchubari area but we only booked for one night so wasn’t bothered, and after staying in busier areas it was a bit of a relief not to be hassled as soon as we walked outside.

Hotel location is great ...accessibility to others places is convenient . Only 5 mins to nearest metro line , and also a great cafe that serve meals all day. Nearby has a 7 eleven no worry for last mins food n drinks. Overall, love the hotel and staffs are friendly and helpful too.

Good Location but room condition not up to std.
Good location but small items make me think twice to come back. 1) Bedsheet have small stain marks. Did not inform hotel staff because it on the end areas (leg end). 2) Wash basin literally have stopper. Every time after use the sink, dirty water still in the sink so everything have to clean and remove the stopper. This is not guest friendly device.

Reasonable size room, a bit noisy as it faces Petchabury road. Staff not very responsive. I skipped including breakfast at time of booking, as they charge 280 thb. At their restaurant I paid 160 thb for breakfast. No luxury but close to MRT to get access to the city

Had been a regular in the past few years staying in this hotel. New staff doesn't want to provide late check out out as promised on expedia. Asking for additional 200 baht for late check out. Entrance installed with automatic door opening. Heater is spoilt but didnt want to complain as stopover 1 night only.

Freaking Horrible
AC broke, no air in my room, water leaking and came out from the bathroom. The floor was super dirty. Smell bad every where and noisy from chineses. I had to leave after one night to another hotel. Expedia should take this one of from the list. Nothing looks like the picture at all. Do not book this one.

Hotel close to 7-11 and Airport Rail link Makkasan, big room, but Breakfast line is poor , in room no face tower, no bathroom amenities only shower gel and shampoo. No iron to borrow.. just to let you aware of it.
