Hotels by the hour!!!
I didn’t stay, because I was renting for two nights, and was told on arrival that my stay was for one hour each night, but at the top of my recipient said for two nights starting 1200 am March 13, 2020 and check out March 15, 2020, so I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I had to go and fined another hotel in the middle of the night in Bangkok Thailand, and I have never been to Thailand before. Talk about a stressful situation, and needless to say that I’m not happy with Hotels.com or Miracles Stay rent by the hour hotel.

It’s clean convenient but little expensive. I used it for an hour to take shower. Only bad thing was it was still a bit cold shower at the fullest. I think they should work on that.

Just stealing money by lying ! :( Says "PER NIGHT" in Expedia, it is "PER HOUR" ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I WAS SO ANGRY. I MIGHT DROP EXPEDIA PERMANENTLY ! ! ! ! After this I was paranoid and went around looking for the next place to stay in the vicinity. I plan to give bad reviews for this place elsewhere IF THEY DO NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !! ! ! ! !

It doesn't have lnternet by its own, you have to connect to the airport internet and since it's a little far tje signal is not good. It doesn't have so much light, it's very dark

When we booked it said on the hotel.come that we booked for 1 night! And when we get there at the reception they told as that we book for one hour! (Very expensive for 1 hour!) and they don’t really wanna help us! So we never checked in...

I was billed hourly on top of my 20 cad payment. I was charged 300 baht for each hour and wasn’t aware that this was going to happen. Nowhere does it say that you’ll be charged additionally per hour.

An unexpected, but wonderful experience. The name was deceiving and I thought I was just going to get a bad with a shared bathroom. Even with a language barrier with reception they were able to accomodate me during a brief overnight layover. The space was clean, the room was quiet, the shower was private and I would have gladly paid more to stay longer if I didn't have a flight to catch. Please note rooms charge by the hour, but it was perfect for my brief stay!

Convenient bed but the room was freezing cold! We had to sleep in our coats and sweatpants and it was still freezing. There is no temperature control in the rooms. Not worth the money for how uncomfortable the conditions were. The room would have been nice had the temperature been comfortable.

Great location but need improvement in a few areas
Checking in was easy, and overall service was good. The room was clean but very simple and not at all luxury, very different to photos on the website. The bed was pretty hard, a bit uncomfortable. The electric shower was temperamental, ran lukewarm at night but ok in the morning. We got a food voucher to spend in their restaurant, but not much food on the menu and there was only one choice left by the time we wanted to order. So we only ordered some drink. There was no hotel WiFi, we had to use free airport ones, and they were not great. The hotel was in a very good location though. It was inside the terminal, right above domestic flight checkin counters, very convenient.

Arrived to be told my booking was only for 1 hour. Thats not how i read the itinerary thats says check in 6th September and checkout 7th September. If for sone reason an overnight booking is being overridden by the hourky rate then it need to be addressed. Either way i will continue to pass on the negative feedback any way possible.

Great stay once you reduce the noise & get warm
This is my 2nd time staying here for an overnight stay. For this time, I managed to ask for a quieter room facing the road instead of the departure lounge. Had my headphones to block out the residual noise and made sure I was warm enough to ensure my 2nd time here was PERFECT! And it was!

Unfortunate surrounding with hourly announcement
The room was clean and very modern with adequate toiletries and hot water. Best location when you fly in late and need to leave early for connecting flight. Be aware that the environment has a minimum hourly broadcast over the airport PA system. It's too loud for light sleepers and from other reviews, not for other people as well.

i have a new experience in this airport hotel I've flight in midnight and very tried time. i spend 3 hours course in this hotel for take a shower and nap for get ready to fly. this is so cool .

The concept of having hotel within airport is great. How ever the room was very cold and AC was not controlled room wise which caused some discomfort

HOURLY RATE- NOT NIGHTLYL
Hotels.com did not make it very clear that this was only for one hour. It lists a nightly rate as well as a check out time for the next day. Also, you can not book for multiple hours online. If this is an hourly rate, this should be made VERY apparent from the beginning.

Easy, inside airport, so no transport needed for early flight. Booked per hour (seems we paid only for 10 hours), so we had to wait or pay extra. Rather small room. Can hear the announcements from airport. The cleaning of the bathroom could be better. Handy restaurants airport on walking distance (most of them closes at 18:00.

写真のような部屋ではありませんでした。小さな部屋で、ベッドまわりに灯りがなく、暗くて、目が悪い私は、怖くて物を置けませんでした。そして、エアコンの調整ができず、冷蔵庫のような温度がつらく、帰国用の冬服に着替えました。シャワーも熱いお湯が出なくて、なかなか大変でしたが、ラウンジのシャワーを使うよりは、やはりのんびりすごせましたし、備品類も十分でした。 夜中の便なら、また使います！
