"Everything's good. Except that the glassware in the bathroom is too fragile. I barely touched it and it broke. And the hotel made me pay for it. 100baht is fine, but it's the principle behind this. I didn't break it on purpose and I barely touched the glassware. But the staff did not care about my explanation."

"The room was ok , the view is beautiful but my last day there was few people next door making so much noise. First I thought they are enjoying and try to ignore it . But when got worse at 11 pm I called front desk to solve the problem and they told me someone will go up and asked them to keep it quiet. Nothing happened, called again and again same answer. This time the manager called and said if I want I can change my room , this is at 4:30 am and I had very bad migraines because all night didn’t sleep. It was not just a noise it was banging on the door smoking all kin of things which the smell was in my room too. Around 5 am when I called again and said I am going to do complain I thing this time they sent someone to tell them to keep it quiet witch they did. I am a solo traveler and never experienced something like this. I think they didn’t take me seriously and didn’t handle it well. To make it worse when I was leaving they off me a lunch in one of their restaurants, when I went it was all old food in very bad shape. Not sure how they run this place. When I booked 5 stars hotel for the price I excepted better."

"An older hotel but well maintained, very hot water in the shower and great water pressure. No plugs bed side. Great location."

"This was my first trip to Thailand. The Pullman G is right on Silom Road, perfectly situated at the end of the busiest part. The property is beautiful, and the view from the rooms amazing. All the staff were super nice (and fluent in English). I highly recommend the restaurant on 37th Floor. The food was world class, very reasonable in price, amazing service, and views you will remember. Served until 10:00 p.m. which helps if you're jet lagged. :-)"
