"The room was clean and the lovely staffs were very friendly. I didn't get the breakfast so have no opinion about it. I think there something to improve: It would be helpful if they put an iron and the ironing board in the laundry room for guests to share. They provide the trouser presser, but this thing is not easy to use and take a lot of time. Plus, a microwave in some of the guest floor would be nice. Again, there's a microwave at the reception floor, but it makes me feel not comfortable when I need to reheat meals bought from depachika. And if I did, there were smell!"

"Staff were great and accommodating. The hotel allows to let baggage/luggage in before check in time and then after checking in they have already brought our stuff inside our clean rooms."

"Breakfast was value for money with a good variety of standard fare. Though the room was large by Japanese standard, the shower room and wash area had limited space to put used towels and personal effects. Location was great as it is just across the Tokyo station."

"Exceptional staff at all levels. The front desk team made us feel very welcome. The room itself, although very pristine and classic, was noisier than anticipated. I would recommend requesting a side not overlooking the tracks as i was kept awake all evening by the train sounds. Other than that - the property is excellent."
