Even the young lady who took our luggage to our room with us held a nice conversation with us (in English!) When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful (even filled out our luggage forwarding tags for us). We can't wait to go back to Japan just so we can stay there longer."

Also great central location, only 3 mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station be warned though , you must always check the exit number of the station is the one you want as it takes a long time to walk back if you don’t and it’s very easy to get lost then. "
