"This hotel is a bit special. Palma has lots of choice & most are small & have limited facilities, This hotel retains that smaller boutique hotel vibe, while providing a super bar & restaurant, a basement spa with heated pool, steam & sauna & a rooftop pool & bar that looks out over the sea & has bed/booths water sunbeams, padded beds & a rooftop bar. Rooms are decorated superbly, includes all the modern tech touches (wall USB sockets, Minibar & iPad controls. also has a shower to die for. Staff were amazing & recommended some superb dining options too."

"The hotel was okay overall, but overpriced . The rooms are not soundproof, and noise from outside and other guests is easily heard. Basic amenities, such as body lotion, were also missing. The staff could have been more flexible, and the pictures are misleading, as the hotel is across the road from the beach, not directly by the water. Overall, it felt more like a 4-star experience than a 5-star one. We stayed only one night, but these were our main observations."

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
