The property was in a great neighbourhood, with easy public transportation access, a lot of shops nearby and the city centre and most restaurants we visited about a 15-20 minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to provide advice and accommodate a few requests we had. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The hotel is also incredibly clean and our room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very kind and helpful! Especially Louisa! She made us feel very taken care of! Rental bikes were great for the little path at the water! Location was lovely! Room was clean and spacious!

The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!

The hotel was clean, spacious well appointed and the staff were super helpful. Special shout out to the blonde lady at the front desk who helped us rent a car. She went above and beyond what we had expected and make sure we had the best deal possible from the number of cars available.

This is one of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed! It is beautiful and in a great location - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package and it is well worth it - delicious and huge portions! We also loved the pool area and used it almost everyday of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend!

Luisa at the front desk was absolutely amazing in her role. Very welcoming and warm, she made me as a solo traveling guest feel extra welcome. Very cosy little hotel away from the buzz with mostly locals in the area but still short walking distance to the old town with restaurants and shops.

Clean room comfortable bed. Nice shower. Loud. It not soundproof. The cleaning ladies started vacuuming very early and it was like they were in my room. Not too far from the cathedral. Overall nice place to stay.

We stayed for one night and checked in after a very hot and sweaty walk through Palma. It was wonderful to cool off with a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool. The room was clean and comfortable, although quite small. The biggest downside was the very thin walls. From around 7:30 a.m., we could clearly hear people talking, staff moving around, and activity in the hallway—it almost felt as if it was happening inside our room. Other than that, we have very little to complain about. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a place to stay in Palma for a night or two.

Loved my stay here in Mallorca — such a cute hotel in a great central location (way cooler than the touristy marina area). The restaurant had excellent food and drinks, and the €12 breakfast kept me full all morning. My room was spacious and spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and I got a fantastic deal — maybe off-season, but very reasonable either way. Highly recommend.
